Suggest Remedy For Bloated Abdomen After A LAVH Procedure

I had an lavh about 2 weeks ago and have felt great like I didn t even have surgery. Today I walked on the treadmill for an hour and grocery shopped (no lifting over 10 pounds) and started feeling slight burning and pulling in my stomach, it doesn t really hurt but is a bloated uncomfy feel and tugging. No blood. Any ideas?
