Suggest Remedy For Bloated Stomach And Lower Back Pain

Hi, I m female, 5 ft, and i weigh about 7 and a half stone. my stomach has been really bloated lately and it hurts when i lie on it too, and my lower back. I ve also had a lot of trapped gas and it s causing me to feel sick. my stomach is quite swollen. i have recently had the implant inserted and have was on my period for quite a while, i still spot now and then, even sometimes during intercourse. intercourse is also sometimes painful. What should i do?
