Suggest Remedy For Blockage In The Ear

my ears seem a little blocked mainly the right one and also i have had a mldly runny nose for ages. i have been treated with antibiotics for possible ear infection doc said i have lots ot cattarh behind my ears where they sould be clear. i am stil getting blocked feeling with occasional feeling of pressure on right side oif face and everyday i seem to have a lower neck ache. Please advise
