Suggest Remedy For Blocked Ear With Muffled Voice Post Blowing The Nose

My ear felt blocked, so i blew quite hard and it caused a lot of pain and now my ear feels like its totally blocked. Ive taken a course of anti-biotics and used some decongestant. Nothing seems to work. I can still pop my ear but it just feels blocked and everything sounds muffled. I m 36, 93 kgs healthy fit male. I don t smoke and i have not had a cold recently.
