Suggest Remedy For Blocked Fallopian Tube

Please type your query here...i have recently had a laparoscopy and i was advised that my left ovary and fallopian tube were stuck to my pelvic wall but no one told me what the treatmet was or where i went from here i also have a blocked fallopian tbe on the right hand side please help
