Suggest Remedy For Blocked Nostrils With Throat Discomfort

Hello Please could you help me.My right nostril is partly blocked and has been for quite sometime.I also have a feeling at the back of my nose in my throat area that feels like a pea or something and a scratch feeling down the right hand side of my throat. My doctor gave my some nasal drops for nasal drip but there s no change.I would really appreciate your opinion.Thank you very much
