Suggest Remedy For Blood And Yellow Fluid From Nostril

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled 5 days ago. This morning, I blew my nose and it was bloody from my left nostril. Then yellow fluid ran out. It wasn't like a normal runny nose. It was like somebody turned the faucet on and it dripped on the floor before I could even get another tissue. What could this mean? What should I do?
