Suggest Remedy For Blood Clots And Tissue Discharge When On Contraceptive Pills

i have recently become sexually active since january, and ive had unprotected sex twice, the last time was about 3/4 weeks ago, i also started contraceptive pills from 3 weeks ago ive started my period 3 months too late. today i was on my period and this skin like thing came out of me, it wasnt a blot clot it was more like human flesh? what is this? do i need to be worried?
