Suggest Remedy For Bluish Bubbles Around The Anus

HI i just noticed about a week ago when i was shaving in the mirror that i have bluish purplish bubbles around my anus hole that go out and in by themselves, no itching just sometimes pain when i go to the bathroom and i cant poo sometimes. Im scared whats wrong.?
