Suggest Remedy For Body Ache, Hot Flashes With On And Off Nausea

I have body aches, mild flushed & hot feeling, & sometimes associated with nausea and this has been going on intermittently for abou 2-½ weeks. The symptoms are cyclical. I will feel like this, then a few hours later feel fine. No fever, no constipation or diarrhea but initially had a mild sore throat. After about 10 days of this, I had a Z-Pack, Symtoms lessened a bit, but then returned despite the antibiotic course. Now having the smptoms intermittently, with a mild sore throat.
