Suggest Remedy For Body Odour

i am a lady aged 26 and not sexually active. i have been having a body odour for the last three years a have had so may test done including clamydia, but it shows everything is normal. that smell is always there even after taking a bath.if for example when am going to work i take a birthan by the time i reach my work place that is 40minutes after the smell is there please help me
