Suggest Remedy For Body Wide Stiffness And Pain With Elevated ANA Level In Blood

I am a female only 46 years old. I have whole body stiffness and pain. I have developed what I think are Bouchard nodules in my fingers. I have been tested for RA. That was negative but my ANA levels are high. The nodules and pain and stiffness seem to be getting worse. I live in Florida and notice even in 89 degree weather I have these so called flare ups? I sit all day working in a high volume call center. Any suggestions to help diagnosis?
