Suggest Remedy For Boils In Arm Pits

Hello, I currently have boils in one of my arm pits. As soon as one goes down another appears. Currently I have about three there now. Also a couple days ago I was up late and I felt a sharp pain in my chest, followed by a pain in my left thigh. Every since that incident I have been having constant chest pains. Sometimes its not so bad and other times it gets worst. What could this be?
