Suggest Remedy For Boils On Skin During Menopause

Hi Dr.,I am a 55 yrs old women who has gone thru menopause, in the past 1 1/2 yrs I have had at least 10 boils, before this I never had a boil in my life. I thought it was my body changing due to menopause, now I believe it is mrsa. I have a boil now, they gave me antibiotics. The antibiotics caused me to have vomiting and upset stomach, so I am not taking them. As in the past won't the boil heal eventually, I will be fine until my next outbreak?
