Suggest Remedy For Borderline Platelet Count With Nosebleeds And Headache

Hi, my daughter had been complaining of headaches and about 3 weeks ago the gp ran blood tests which showed that platelets were borderline. She has subsequently had 3 nosebleeds in the last 3 days . 2 of which were extremely heavy and did not stop for approx. half an hour. Have you any advice?
