Suggest Remedy For Breast Pain Due To Cyst In Breast

i am 39 and had a small lump removed from my left breast 2 yrs ago,and the biopsy report was fibroadenosis. after 4 months i felt another lump on the same breast and had ultrasound, it is a 4mm cyst. i was prescribed to take primrose oil. i am having breast pain on and off, either before or after menstration.evry now and then i am having breast ultrasound to check if the cyst is growing but it is not growing. i worry too much of the breast pain. no family history of breast cancer. can u give me advice. thanks
