Suggest Remedy For Breathing Difficulties

Hi I have a large epiglotis and having alot of breathing difficulties to the point that I no longer want to live like this and have contemplated suicide as I feel trapped. I have seen many specialist and hospitals but no one will help me. All they advise me to do is lose weight. Which I have. But excercise can be hard when I have little air. Is there anything else I can do.
