Suggest Remedy For Breathing Problem And Heavy Pressure On Neck And Throat

Hi,Ive been having this breathing problem and it egts serious these days. i noticed it after i had an abortion and i was awake during the abortion. its going to be a year on 27th of may. the breathing problem is more like a heavy pressure being placed on my neck/throat. no matter how i try to turn my neck it never stops and its getting worse these few 3 days?
