Suggest Remedy For Brittle, Thin Hair In A Teenager

I have a 15 year old daughter that is missing 8 of her permament teeth. She also has very thin, brittle hair and her nails are thin and do not grow. We are in the process of taking care of her teeth, but is there anything we can do to help her with her hair?
