Suggest Remedy For Brown Mole Near The Vagina

I am 10 weeks pregnant, and recently found a brown mole looking thing in between my vagina and butt, what could it be?
I was tested for everything 2 years ago and had a clean bill of health, and had my yearly pap less then a year ago, and it was normal
