Suggest Remedy For Brown Spots On Lower Part Of The Body

My daughter had a rash caused from dirty hot tub water, known as ick . She went to the doctor and did home remedies, as she was told to do by the doctor. Now the she has brown spots where the rash was. Has she been scarred? If so, how does she get rid of them. It is all over her legs and lower body! It looks horrible!!!!
