Suggest Remedy For Brown Spots On The Palms Of Hand

Yes, Once in a great while, I will get a couple of brown spots on the bottoms of my feet. They will be there for a couple of days and then go away. I first noticed them about 6 years ago, just before I quit smoking. Except, during those times, I would get a funny taste in my mouth and the spots would be on the palms of my hands. I have not had that happen though in the last 3 years. However, these brown spots, similar to the ones on the hands, just started within the last couple of months. Do you know what this might be?
