Suggest Remedy For Brown Spots On The Soles Of Feet And Palms

Hello I am curious about the brown spots on the soles of my feet and on the palms of my hands. I had one on each heel since i was little. My mother had the same brown spot on each of her heels. When I turned 45 they started covering my palms and soles. As far as my palms they seem to fade with a few remaining dark.
