Suggest Remedy For Bruise And Pain After Dog Bite

9 days ago I was pulled to the ground by my dog and landed on my thigh, and to date it is still bruised extremely bad, about as big as a softball. But weirdly in the middle of the bruise looks somewhat normal. It is extremely painful and if i touch it, or bump it, it burns very bad. It still hurts very bad to walk also. Should I see a doctor?
