Suggest Remedy For Bruise Below Left Shoulder

hi i had a gastric sleeve operation back in november '10 after op was ok sent home 3 days later had numonia and lower lobes in lung had collapsed was on morphine for pain was in hospital for 3 weeks came out and had a bruise 4" below left shoulder it has not gone have had antibiotics and nothing had xray nothing visable ....?im 40 female 5`9"
