Suggest Remedy For Bruise In Left Leg

hi, my daughter had a bruise on her left leg after an injury riding her bike. 1 or 2 weeks after it becomes itchy and has lump beneath skin. She has an eczema of the skin. I ask her if it's painful but she said it's not. you can see that the bruise is healing though the area is a bit red. and when you touch it the skin is not flat. Could this be because of the reaction of medecine we put for allergy. Previously she uses cutivate cream then the doctor change this to synala 10? what should i do? thanks in advance.
