Suggest Remedy For Bruise, Lump And Pain Between Knuckles After Injury

Hi just wanted to ask a question regarding an injury i have had recently.
i recently hit my knucle on a hard concrete floor whilt fixing my car.. my hand imediatly swelled up and my hand is totaly brused. one of my knucles is realy brused inbetween my knucle i have a lump that herts when i touch it i can close my fist but my hand feels tight and i have a tingling feeling in my hand and in my elbow. have i broken my knucle or have i damaged my tendant? what should i do
