Suggest Remedy For Bruise On Cheek And Arthritis

Hi I had a nasty fall I fell against the edge of a kerb on Xmas eve . the swelling has went down a little . Will I need an X-ray . I have artharitis into foot with degeneration of bone . so I worry about my bones . I have no pain in my cheek badly bruised I have been using arnica cream . Thanks eileen
