Suggest Remedy For Bruises In Genital Area

my father has a snowman shaped brusing under his belly button ,,right above his genital area...he had slight pain one day and what felt like a burst.....then he noticed the brusing a couple days later,,,,,,he has high blood pressure....has had a foot of his intestines removed .....has a hurnia in that area.....he is 66 years old
