Suggest Remedy For Bruises On Legs

i was playing a game where you slap your leg to keep the beat, but now i have these weird tiny polka dot bruises (or something like a bruise they dont hurt like a bruise). They are red, purple, and pink. They look like pimple scars on my legs, and i got them right after a few smacks on the legs, but i didnt notice, so i didn't stop. What could they be, and how do i get rid of them?
