Suggest Remedy For Bruising And Injury To Tailbone

Hi, four days ago I fell hard on my tailbone. I was stepping off a tiled floor step and hit the end of my tailbone directly on the hard edge with full impact. I have bruising, of course, but I also have a very sharp pain near the left side of my rectum. It feels like a stabbing amd burning sensation. Is it possible I have chipped bone pieces in my surrounding tissues?
