Suggest Remedy For Bump At The Suture Site Post Injury

Hi I had a bad bike accident in August last year where I hit the kerb and my tooth went straight through my lip so I had to have stitches. It s now March and although it s healed there is a large bump on the top of my bottom lip and underneath my bottom lip where the lip is attached to the skin. I m starting to get really self conscious about it now and just wondered if there s anything I can do to reduce the bumps in size
