Suggest Remedy For Bump In The Abdomen

I am going today to have a colposcopy completed because of a an abnormal pap smear. i got into the shower yesterday and noticed sensitivity in my lower right abdomen. Its about two inches below the belly botton . i noticed a bump. whether it could be an enalrged blood vessell or an actual lump, i am not sure. Is this something that i need to mention to my doctor today? I am 26 years old female no kids
