Suggest Remedy For Bump On The End Of The Nose

I have a bump on the end of my nose that has been there for about 13 years. I have got the bump laser removed, it came back. I also got it frozen off, and it came back. It's bigger then ever and I want to know how to get rid of it for good. The doctor said it was a vascular bump or something? It bled a lot when it was lasered off. Do you have any suggestions for me???
