Suggest Remedy For Bump On The Upper Lip And Severe Headache

I have a bump on my upper lip. Just came up this morning. its got 3 black looking spots in it and lower on my lip it looks like my lip was busted. nothing has hit it or busted my lip. I have also been sick to my stomack all day today and had a severe headache. any ideas and if so are they all related?
