Suggest Remedy For Bumps Appearing In The Thigh

Few days ago I got this tingly feeling on the right side of my inner thigh/groin area, then I got these severe burning feeling and shooting pain, like bunch of needles are being pricked. It itches too. There are about 8-10 spider bite size looking bumps, mostly red, but when its getting really bad they have something like white heads. Which the skin around the bump gets tough
