Suggest Remedy For Bumps Caused By The Shaving Razor

please i have problem of razor bump all over my neck and under face all my checks. i had tryd a lots of product cream , gel, ,i shave with electric cliper still . it keep on trying to distroy my face . i dont kno what to use again just to make my skin clean and stop that bump from my skin
