Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Vaginal & Thigh

I am 21.. I have been getting bumps on my inner thighs and the outsides of my vagina.. Some are small and go away without any problems... But every once in a while I will get a big red swollen one. By the time i notice it and touch it, it will usually burst and a white stuff and a bloody mixture will come out. They are just on my inner thighs where my legs rub together and on my vagina. what could this be?
