Suggest Remedy For Bumps Near Anus

Small bump probably 1.5 - 2 cm higher than anus, doesnt hurt, i have been to doctors previously and confirmed i have piles, but is this area too high to be a pile? It is literally upwards of the anus going up max 2cm towards back. i also had a small bump smaller than a pea just below tailbone, on the left inside of crack, which is slowly going down are they related?
