Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Legs With Puss Discharge

My friend has a pore (not a bump pimple) that keeps filling with puss on his leg. When you squeeze it A TON comes out and it smells. You can squeeze until nothing else comes out and it looks like a little hole, but it will fill back up again. How do you make it stop once and for all?
