Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Penis

Hi I have a bump that s on the underside of my penis right in the middle of the shaft, it s not visible unless I pull the skin tight or if I have an erection it s on the underside of my penis I masturbate very frequently and I am wondering if this is the cause. I have tried squeezing slightly as to not make it more swollen but there is no puss and is not a pimple but it sort of looks like one when I m not erect I can still feel the bump at the the bottom with my finger, should I see a doctor?
