Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Penis

Hey, I'm a 28 year old male and have been having unprotected oral sex only with the same person for a few months now. One day I noticed small bumps on the head of my penis alone. Let me mention that this bumps are painless and don't resemble blister form and all. I immediately went to the doctor and had the viral culture test completed...which came back negative. The person that has been performing oral on me has never had any signs of cold sores. I have been under a lot of stress lately and before the bumps appeared, I was masturbating almost 3-4 times a day with no lube. After all the research I've done, they don't seem to match up to herpes...no fever, back aches, pain...so I'm totally confused what this could be. Any help is greatly appreciated.
