Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Penis

Hi i keep getting these small bumps over my penis and around the head and i wash it and after a day or two it goes away but before that a little skin peels away from my penis head dead skin and then everything goes fine this has happened to me after sex with my wife a few times now please help ?
