Suggest Remedy For Bumps On The Knee Area

Hi, i want to ask about some bumps that started growing in my knee area and now they had spreaded like from one bump to like a ring of bumps and in the middle its staying a dark color, they hurt like hell when i bump my knee into something or i press them with my finger i want to know what are they and what should i do?e
