Suggest Remedy For Burn Marks On Forehead And Nose

Hi yesterday I went sledding for my first time. And I fell off the sled and my head faced the snow.. My forehead and part of my nose got a brush burn from the ice.. its a big mark on my forehead, I really really do not want it to SCAR. I bought neosporin and have had it on since yestrday and will continue to apply. What can I do?
