Suggest Remedy For Burning And Stinging Sensation In The Eye From Steam Burn

Hi, Last night i opened the oven and Hot steam blew straight into my open eyes as my face was right near the oevn door. It was an unbareable burning feeling in my eyes and they went red instantly and started to burn and tear up. Im just wondering if there dammaged because they still sting and burn today but not as bad as the initial burn. Is there anything to make the pain go away? Thank you
