Suggest Remedy For Burning Infections In The Genital Area

I am a 23 female , no children . Clean bill of health 5'0 108 lbs. I have have 2 UTIs in my teens and a bladder and double kidney infection.I forgot to clean my vibrator before I used it, now I have mild burning. I tried yeast infection cream and plenty of cranberry juice . Do I need antibiotics? What is your advice ?i
