Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation And White Spots On The Face

hey Doctor, am using melcare forte and melaglow and uv spa. 50 from last 4 days recommended by skin specialist, while applying these my skin is like buring, small white spots are out by applying this, wht shuld i do as the doctor is not here for two weeks
