Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In The Head Whenever BP Raises

Hi, I have normally lower of the end blood pressure however there are times when my blood pressure will get up around 135 over 80 and this will cause my head to burn. I feel that I have holding water and that is when the pressure goes up. What should I do? I have been checked out and just told that I do not have high blood pressure.
