Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation On Thighs

i have a line on the inside back of my left thigh up toward my left bun.i when i m driving it feels like it has a burning feel to it i have to prop my leg up to relieve the pain . what could this possibly be.it a line thats about 4 long.this been going on for about a year and a half.
